Downloaded my E Book and Consumed it in 3 hours. The Views are seemingly straight out of my Life as a Firefighter. Thanks for your writing. Thoughts are written out clearly. I am thrilled to recommend this Book and Will enjoy it forever. I recommend it for all firefighter and all company officers.

This ebook is well written and put together. Everyone can relate to
these stories from the grassroots rookie to the seasoned officer. This
is a great collection of training topics which I would highly recommend
    picking up a copy.
